The Lagos State e-government portal provides online public access to all of the state's electronic land management solutions. Users can easily access land transactions, documents, and other land information and submit requested information such as applications, payments, documentation, etc.
Our task was to design an innovative, user-friendly, and functionally efficient web portal that bridges the gap between functionality and creativity while emphasizing the client’s core values.

Prior to this project, land administration and processes in Lagos State was mostly done by paperwork. The state seeks to revolutionise this process my making it digi tal and accessible to everyone remotely. We designed and contributed to the development of the project with Teqbridge.
The key functionalities are
Search: for property by address, property number or parcel ID which provides access to GIS maps, assessment data, scanned documents and property transaction history
Application for CTC: provide payment information, and define how the report will be picked up; either through email, courier or as a walk-in customer at our nearest centre
Property Tax Valuation: As a resident and property owner in Lagos State, you can view your property tax assessments, outstanding payments and history of transactions on your property.

We implemented a performance-optimised, visually striking website with tailored storytelling elements.
By streamlining content and improving page load speeds, we reduced bounce rates significantly.
